Umumiy tavsif:

 

TLP291 galyum arsenidli infraqizil diodga optik ravishda ulangan fototranzistordan iborat. TLP291 SO4 paketiga joylashtirilgan, juda kichik va nozik birlashtiruvchi.

 

TLP291 keng ish harorati (Ta=-55 dan 110 darajagacha) va yuqori izolyatsiya kuchlanishiga (3750Vrms) kafolatlanganligi sababli, u kichik kommutatsiya quvvat manbalari va dasturlashtiriladigan kontrollerlar kabi yuqori zichlikdagi sirt oʻrnatish ilovalari uchun javob beradi.
